Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Meet and exceed personal sales goals Track and report production towards agency goals Use computer system to enter customer information, task for follow up, quotes for future opportunities, and applications.
