Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with
Edgewater:Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for
overall nursing leadership within our 40-bed Health Center.Evaluate
the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws,
process improvements and assist in implementing best
practices.Orienting, training and supervision of team
members.Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for
team member shift transitions.Participate in surveys and
inspections by various government agencies and more!Current
Opening:Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible hours,
Rotating On-Call schedule throughout the month, including every 3rd
weekendCompensation: The starting pay for this role is $75,000 -
$95,000 annually and will be based on years of experience.What
