things - together! -How you contribute to our successThe Sales
Operations Specialist provides administrative and technical support
to the sales team. The SOS is responsible for providing sales
reports and dashboards to the VP for Business Development. The SOS
prepares all RFP, RFIs, proposals, software demonstrations and
collateral materials in a manner that is consistent with the
Navigate brand and standards for these items. The SOS is
responsible for developing process for the sales process and
keeping processes up to date as needed. The SOS serves as a quality
assurance resource for all sales materials. The SOS will also
assist in setting up and coordinating sales trainings.What success
looks like for the SOSRFP's and RFIs are submitted on time and
aligned with content requirements for information, accuracy, and
error free.Sales proposals, software demonstrations and other
collateral materials align with content requirements for
information, accuracy, and error free. All materials are ready by
the deadline and assist the salesperson in advancing the sales
process and closing and winning business. - - - - - - - - - - -
Your Responsibilities to the team, our clients and communityPrepare
all RFPs and RFIs. Manage the RFPIO system for information
accuracy. Contact subject matter experts for assistance in
accurately completing all items requested in the RFP or RFI,
submitting on time and monitoring the status and follow up item
requests and deadlines.Prepare proposals and software demonstration
sites for sales team members as requested ensuring company
standards for accuracy and branding are followed.Pull weekly
reports and create dashboards for the VP for Business Development,
sales manager and CEO as requested.Serve as the liaison to
marketing for the CRM system.The Navigate Way - Core
