Job Description Member Services Representative 10522 Hours: Monday-Friday Pay: $17/hour Type: Contract Location: West Des Moines, IA Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve basic customer service requests Team oriented needed to provide billing assistance, policy/member service, system support and professional response to inquiries Maintain knowledge and up-to-date procedural changes Process/accept/modify changes on administration system(s) and complete related tasks and documentation Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or one year of relevant experience preferred Prior customer service experience is required Strong interpersonal skills, oral, written and diplomatic communication skills as appropriate to this position High attention to detail Ability to read, write and speak the English language, Bilingual is helpful We are a staffing firm dedicated to connecting talented candidates with outstanding companies.
