In a Nutshell: Provides prompt, efficient, accurate, and
courteous service to members in person, by telephone, video and
email. Actively cross-sells credit union products and services.
Assists members with account transfers, payments, balance history,
transaction history, re-authorizations, ACH, CP opt in/out, check
orders, updating personal contact information, statement
changes/delivery method, skip-a-pay, fee refunds, and completes
notes in the system. Occasionally performs transactional duties to
serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree
of accuracy. The Nitty Gritty Facilitate Financial Transactions:
Performed member transactions, provides information and facilitates
account maintenance as requested. Process member transactions
accurately and efficiently while adhering to and not exceeding
error threshold. Verifies account ownership to ensure member
privacy. Teller cash drawers are always expected to balance.
Identify Potential Cross-Sales: Corresponds with members to create
cross-selling opportunities by utilizing knowledge of credit union
products and services. Achieve personal referral goals through
in-person and inbound/outbound phone correspondence with members.
Outstanding Service: Delivers an exceptional member experience 100%
of the time while providing products and services that will help
members improve their economic well-being and quality of life.
Respond to member questions via phone, email, or in-person in an
efficient, friendly, and accurate manner. Member Problem Solving:
Knowledgeable of credit union products, services, and systems in
order to resolve member complaints and issues within defined
authority. Resolves member account discrepancies and complaints
with critical thinking and problem solving. Uses systems and
manuals to aid in quick and efficient problem resolution. Maintains
a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude with fellow
employees, management, and members. Focus on Ongoing Professional
Development: Participate in education and training provided by the
credit union. Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on
all departmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
