The Application Compliance Initiatives team is currently searching for a Business Systems Consultant 4 to work with fellow team members to support the Electronic Records compliance program initiatives such as gathering key information on proposed application and process solutions to ensure the teams are operating in compliance with Records Management Policies & Standards, with a high focus on process improvements, controls and governance. Job Description: Through partnership within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT), and across the WF enterprise, the Enterprise Technology Operation (ETO) group supports the Wells Fargo & CO vision with key priorities and a commitment to customer through system availability, robust service offerings, innovative solutions and services that exceed Wells Fargo customer's expectations and directly enable them to succeed financially. We are currently searching for a BSC4 that will support governance of the Application Compliance Records Management program. This includes working with the key stakeholders to gather information on proposed application and process solutions to ensure the teams are operating in compliance with Policies and Standards, with a high focus on processing improvements. Specific functions with this role will include: Supporting the Electronic Records Management Program processes, including validation, implementation, process improvements, metrics, and on-going program maintenance. Focal point for driving process change to streamline and improve effectiveness of application's compliance to Wells Fargo Records Management. Including but not limited to Electronic Records and Information, Applications, Records Retention, Storage and Destruction Standards. Working with others in Records Management throughout Wells Fargo on compliance and remediation efforts. Coordination with key stakeholders and decision makers to disposition requirements and enforcement. Developing communications and reporting on eRecords program components and activities. Supporting and/or leading critical compliance and process optimization initiatives in the eRecords space.
