About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Architect for Diverse
Segments Representation and Inclusion area as a part of Public
Affairs and Enabling Technology area of Enterprise Functions
Technology architecture team.
In this role, you will:
As a Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI)
architect, you will partner across all levels of the organization
in designing, architecting, developing, implementing and tracking
progress against ongoing strategic initiatives that enrich Wells
Fargo's DSRI program
Responsible for defining technology strategy that allows
measurement, enhancement, and execution of DSRI strategy
By working closely with business partners, define architecture to
gather, analyze, and leverage data to identify opportunities for
growth of DSRI goals across all Wells Fargo employees and
contractors
Drive the launch of our ERGs, provide guidelines for initial
development, and support their maintenance to ensure alignment with
business objectives as well as DEI principles
Ability to design and work with large sets of structured and
unstructured data. Experience with big data, relational data, and
AI/ML technology
Contribute to and implement innovative, strategic technology
solutions to enrich company culture
Be a consistent voice of diversity and inclusion during key culture
moments
Defining technology to measure, track, and analyze the
effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in
our inclusion efforts
Drive awareness, commitment, and accountability for the employee
experience and diversity action plans
Partner with the leadership team to regularly communicate internal
and external diversity and engagement initiatives, events, and
progress
Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key
technology initiatives
Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture
solutions
Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to
both management and systems related teams
Make decisions in the development and maintenance of
architectures
Understand compliance and risk management requirements for
supported areas
Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards,
policies, methodologies and industry best practices
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to
resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into
executable technology strategy, and driving cross functional teams
to help deliver against the plan
Communication experience exhibited at all levels within an
organization, including strong experience in managing internal
communications
Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights,
telling stories, driving decisions and measuring impact
Experience with one or more of the big data like Hadoop
Strong experience with one or more of the programming languages
like Java, C#, PHP
Desired skills in working with Employee Resource Group (ERG)
technology
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
