begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior
Technology Business System Consultant to join the Technology
Solutions and Support team. In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for
simple to moderately complex business problems within technology
business systems
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that
are both cost effective and meet the relevant business
requirements
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical
challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and
direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate
moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide
comprehensive technological solutions
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business
groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement
to re-engineer technical processes
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to
evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological
solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business
and technology teams Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education Desired
Qualifications:
- End to end systems test experience
- SDLC and Agile experience
- Knowledge and understanding of audit methodologies
- Attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric
environment
- Ability to work with little to no direction
- Access Management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
skills
- Leadership experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm
- Strong understanding of financial regulatory environment
- Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk
methodologies and supporting tools.
- Experience working on an Agile team
- Experience with the RSA Archer platform, work paper systems,
Teamworks and SharePoint
- Proven success within large scale initiatives and change
management processes
- Understanding of standard guidelines regarding change
management, user access, business continuity, project management,
and other functions that support technology roll out and use
- Good understanding of Institution of Internal Audit (IIA)
standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines We
