About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management
Analyst to join Enterprise Metadata and Lineage, Metadata
Operations where our objective is to enable metadata management
through services in communication, learning, risk and controls
management, demand and capacity planning and change management...In
this role, you will:
- Facilitate cross organizational change to align with metadata
strategy and a risk based approach to metadata management.
- Develop user centric communications, procedural documentation
and learning aids to enable process and tooling capabilities
- Produce executive level business reviews to demonstrate
measurements, roadmaps and accomplishments.
- Facilitate staff engagement programs targeted at people growth
and development.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to manage risk,
align to enterprise standards and changing metadata
requirements
- Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management
regarding assessments of the current state of metadata standards
and processes
- Adhere and consult on data governance standards and
procedures
- Develop and lead programs related to metadata activities
- Consult with clients to assess the current state of data and
metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility
- Partner with various groups and levels of seniority companywide
to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design/
implementation and remediation execution.
- Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics,
Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through
one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,
military experience, education
- Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics,
Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education
- Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years learning and communications development and
implementation
- 2+ years moderate to large scale implementation experience

implementation plan and manage it's execution.
