POSITION SUMMARY:The System Technician provides first level of support on all desktop, laptop, thin clients, printers, scanners, copiers, phones, audio/video and telepresence devices.--The System Technician II installs, configures and supports the system software, firmware and applications that run on our desktop, laptop, thin client computers.--This position also performs some system administration work to set up new users on system software.?RESPONSIBILITIES:* Working knowledge of Active Directory users and Groups required* Working knowledge of an IT Ticketing System and experience working with it required* Working knowledge of Windows fileservers, windows architecture and * Working knowledge of Exchange mailbox, delegations and permissions required* Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and machine imaging preferred* JAMF Administration knowledge and experience preferred* MacOS software update knowledge and experience preferred* Cisco UCCX/UCCM phone set-up experience preferred* GSuite working knowledge and administration experience preferred* DropBox Enterprise working knowledge and administration experience preferred* Self-starter, must possesses drive and initiative to learn, establish and document processes without any prior experience* Work with users remotely and provide excellent customer service* Must be able and willing to be on a 24 hour on-call rotation* ITA Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
