SUMMARY:Responsible for providing daily desktop support to all network users.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Desk-side support of end-user issues, such as:New user and equipment deploymentInternal application troubleshootingTicket managementProactive documentation of technical proceduresMaintain printer fleet needsEnsure a timely response to ticketing needsEnsure proper notes and documentation of all assigned tasksCross-train with other technicians. Must be able to work in a team-player environment.Must be able to work significant overtime while traveling up to 20% of the timeOther duties may be assignedEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:2+ years of Enterprise Desktop Support experienceA+ and Network+ preferredProficiency in Windows 10, HP laptops and desktops, Mac OS X, Citrix Client, Cisco VPN ClientExperience with A/V systems, mixers, etc.Experience with desktop imaging practices About TEKsystems: We''re partners in transformation.
