Purpose:
The UX/UI Designer will design solutions for new and existing digital properties serving a variety of audiences. The primary focus for this role will be creating and testing user interface designs and prototypes. The UX/UI Designer will work with cross-functional teams from concept to launch. This role also provides design support for the web content admins.
Accountabilities:

• Support UX on Agile development team
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to refine user stories
  
• Create sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and microcopy
  
• Work with developers to build interface designs, ensuring quality and accessibility
  
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement
  
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
  
• Stay abreast of competitor products, user insights and industry trends
  
• Support other areas of Web Experience & Marketing Automation Team as needed.
  Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
    
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer or similar role required.
    
  • Strong portfolio of projects, demonstrating the application of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility fundamentals required.
    
  • Proficient in design software and experience with responsive design required.
    
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS required.
    
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap preferred.
    
  • Experience planning and conducting user research utilizing a variety of methods highly desired, but not required.
    
    Willing to consider candidates at a higher level dependent upon qualifications and experience.
