Major Function:Provide support and assistance to the Loan Operations department by completing a quality check-back to ensure loan standards are met. This position may also assist in the processing and maintenance of commercial, real estate and consumer loans and related documents.Key Job Responsibilities:Responsible for reviewing loan documentation and loan system for quality and providing appropriate follow upAnalyzes applications and credit requests according to department standards and provides appropriate follow upEnsures all files meet compliance standards and maintains loan processing and servicing standardsReconciles loan processing accountsResponsible for set up, maintenance and scanning of commercial, real estate, and consumer loans and notes on FiServ, Suntell imaging, and doc tracking systemProcesses daily insurance noticesProcesses bank participation paymentsFiles documents with county recorder's officeNotarizes documentsAssists with paid note filesExemplifies the Bank core values of Community-focused, Innovative, Trustworthy, Responsive and Secure.Promotes bank products and services by identifying and communicating opportunities to customersAssists other employees, departments and branches to promote teamwork and excellent communicationPromotes a positive bank image in the communityOther duties as assignedRequirements:Education & ExperienceAt least 6 months of previous banking experience preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic computer literacy, with knowledge of computer software (i.e. Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office applications)Well organized, accurate and detail-oriented.Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and multi-taskAbility to work independently or in team environmentStrong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsRegular Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pmThis position may be located at either the West Glen branch in West Des Moines, IA or in Osceola, Iowa.
