Job Description:
The Team The ECMO OQR Risk Program team focuses on design and
maintenance of the ECMO Risk Program; Complaint Profile, Quality
Assurance, Self-Assurance, Control Inventory, Regulatory and Policy
Requirements, and other risk topics. The team will monitor
adherence to Operational Excellence thresholds and assessment of
Controls ensuring appropriate actions are taken in alignment with
Issue Management policy. The team will also approve complaint
business processes and procedures, Complaints training content, and
will create and facilitate monthly ECMO risk management routines.
This position will report to the ECR Risk Governance Director. The
Candidate The candidate will have a track record of successfully
developing and managing routines and processes across multiple
business units and functions within the enterprise. Successful
candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership
capability; they will be able to connect and interact with peers
and other ECR Risk Governance team leaders and guide them in
managing ECR risk routines across multiple functional groups.
Successful candidate will have demonstrated history of strong
project management and task management across multiple functional
groups.
The Role This role will support the
development, establishment, and execution of the Risk Program
effort to include:
- Maintain and support the ECR risk routines and manage their
associated processes with control, IRM, and LOBs.
- Manage project and task tracking across the program and assist
in completion as needed.
- Design and Execute information sharing processes and systems
for the ECR Risk Governance team such as shared drive and
SharePoint systems.
- Reduce people, process, and technology friction points to
enable the risk program to support the ECR as seamlessly as
possible.
- Manage record retention processes and procedures for the ECR
Risk Governance team,
- Support the build out of other areas within the ECMO Risk
Governance team as it matures. Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality
assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience,
or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education Desired Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment
while balancing multiple priorities
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- SharePoint training and certifications
- A true team player and collaborator, translating prior
knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships
internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Wells Fargo Complaint Management Policy
- Knowledge of Wells Fargo Enterprise Risk Framework
- Knowledge of Issue Management Process
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build
successful relationships
- Experience in designing and developing a large scale risk
program
