Senior Lead-ECR Risk Routines and Program Support

• Maintain and support the ECR risk routines and manage their associated processes with control, IRM, and LOBs.
• Manage project and task tracking across the program and assist in completion as needed.
• Design and Execute information sharing processes and systems for the ECR Risk Governance team such as shared drive and SharePoint systems.
• Reduce people, process, and technology friction points to enable the risk program to support the ECR as seamlessly as possible.
• Manage record retention processes and procedures for the ECR Risk Governance team,
• Support the build out of other areas within the ECMO Risk Governance team as it matures. Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Strong project management skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
    • SharePoint training and certifications
    • A true team player and collaborator, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.
    • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Complaint Management Policy
    • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Enterprise Risk Framework
    • Knowledge of Issue Management Process
    • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
    • Experience in designing and developing a large scale risk program
    • Strong risk policy background
