Job Description:

Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Service Coordinator in Des Moines, IA with an industrial manufacturing/engineering client. The Service Coordinator will provide qualified assistance in handling routine administrative duties that support Texas Services and Operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of timekeeping, data entry, and dispatch, and providing support ensuring office operations are organized and efficient. Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Assists Service Managers with scheduling and/or coordinating various day to day activities
• Handles purchase requisitions and purchase orders for third party services
• Responsible for payroll and time entry
• Monitors and schedules training for employees on an as needed basis
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Acts as a liaison between Service, Sales, and Customers
• Support peers and management with internal and external projects
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Adhere to company policies
• All other duties as assigned Service Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Three to Five years experience dispatching in customer service role required.
  • Two years experience in a service administrative role is preferred.
  • Advanced competency in Outlook, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Teams are required
  • Basic understanding of HVAC industry terminology a plus
