Job Description:
What you can expect as the Marketing Content Strategist:Develop
and direct marketing-related activities for marketing campaigns and
initiatives. Participate in copywriting, proofreading and editing
of copy for communication channels; such as advertising, direct
mail, email, web site, and eNewsletters to ensure consistency of
corporate standards and brand strategy is achieved on all
promotions. Provide graphic design support in the area of initial
creative concept, graphic design and page layout for a variety of
marketing materials for both print and electronic
communication.Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned
with defined corporate strategy.Direct the development and
distribution of marketing materials by promoting the company and
develop materials to help recruit new agents and reps.Write,
proofread (must be accurate in spelling, grammar and punctuation)
and edit copy to support Marketing Communication projects in a
timely manner and expeditious manner as well as having the ability
develop concepts that meet assignment objectives.Develop and
execute marketing campaigns in alignment with needs and requests of
designated sales team.Collaborate and partner with designated sales
team to ensure marketing messaging consistency.In partnership with
Marketing leadership, lead targeted product Go-to-market campaigns
to ensure alignment across all areas of the business.File
Advertising Review for compliance approval. Partner with Graphic
Designer to maintain files of advertising pieces, materials,
including Ad Review approvals of assigned projects and assure
electronic documents and assets are filed in the proper location on
the server(s) in a timely manner.Promote field events including
conventions and symposiums.Collaborate with marketing team members
to develop creative approaches for assigned projects.Formulate
concepts and develop innovative, impactful, and promotional pieces
for print or electronic communication, conforming to appropriate
production requirements and company branding initiatives.Interact
with internal team and outside vendors (i.e., printers, publishers,
email communication vendors, etc.) as necessary to efficiently and
effectively implement marketing communication
initiatives.Understands and manages priorities in a fast pace
environment while maintaining quality controls; interacts with team
members on priority changes and status updates.Commitment to

and workflow demands.What we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree
English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Graphic Design
preferredMinimum 5 years' related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience requiredSocial
media strategy experience preferred,Experience with print process
and vendors preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office software and
common desktop software including Adobe
AcrobatCreativity/IngenuityMarketing project management
experienceCommand of Standard English usage including sentence
structure, grammar, punctuation, spelling and excellent
proofreading and editing skillsUnderstanding of the difference
between promotional copywriting and journalistic or academic
writingDemonstrates ability in creative design, including a sharp
sense of composition, typography and color to achieve desired
promotional impact in all communicationsDemonstrates thorough
understanding of print and electronic media requirements and the
ability to develop appropriate materials for the intended
mediaDemonstrates strong initiative, organizational ability,
communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines and
reprioritize constantly changing needsExcellent communication
skills-both oral and written with the ability to write clear,
concise and compelling copy that sellsCriminal background check
