two specialty hospitals - MercyOne Children's Hospital in Des
Moines and MercyOne Rehabilitation Hospital in Clive (965 beds

performed at the IHC
+ Performs daily quality control and safety procedures and
maintains accurate records.
+ Administers patient care within the scope of practice for a

prepares the patient for the procedure.
+ Maintains and completes all necessary paperwork and charting for
the business office and medical records.
+ Keeps current with OSHA/IDPH regulations and updates.
+ Maintain and monitors supplies.

+ Attends required meetings and participates on committees as
+ Operate required vehicle(s) in a safe manner to perform required
duties of the position.
+ Successful completion of an accredited two year Radiologic
+ Registry eligible or Registered Radiologic Technologist
+ Maintains current Iowa Permit to Practice
+ Maintains active registry status in ARRT
+ Participates in professional society (i.e., ISRT or SCD)
+ 1 CEU per year in Radiation Safety/24 CEU's every 2 years
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or
obtained within three (3)
months of hire.
+ Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific
to population served
within three (3) months of hire.
