begins with you. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking two
Diversity Sourcing Specialists to join our Military Talent
Strategic Sourcing team focused on the execution and support of
Wells Fargo's military talent attraction initiatives. As a subject
matter expert in the fields of recruiting, military, and diversity,
you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, assessing, and
recruiting top military talent for Wells Fargo while bringing a
passion for military talent to work every day. For additional

Site at . In this role, you will:
- Participate in identifying and developing a pipeline of
prospective diverse candidates for employment, usually from a
specific demographic or industry segment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Talent
Sourcing functional area
- Review and analyze operational assignments or challenges that
require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative
solutions
- Exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk
deliverables
- Cultivate relationships with external, often passive, talent,
using a variety of techniques to identify and contact
candidates
- Execute recruiting strategies and external partnership programs
designed to raise awareness of Wells Fargo's brand and support
recruiting efforts
- Track candidate activity to anticipate recruitment
opportunities
- Partner with recruiters and networks to improve employee
referrals, sourcing and diverse representation in hiring
- Represent the company at national, regional or local networking
and recruiting events, and organize career fairs or
conferences
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the
function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Talent Sourcing colleagues,
internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as
external customers within Talent Sourcing functional areaRequired
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Talent Sourcing, Recruitment or Human Resources
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
educationDesired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for diverse talent, including
military or veteran professionals
- 2+ years experience as a recruiter/sourcer in corporate or
agency environments
- Proficient in multiple search approaches including
LinkedIn/Boolean Searches/Job boards
- Sourcing experience within a variety of internal and external
diversity organizations
- Networking experience within a variety of internal and external
diversity organizations to drive diverse and military hiring
results
- Resourceful and able to navigate through complexity and
ambiguity
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create,
measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring
managers, and the recruiting teamJob Expectations:
