Job Description We are looking for some great Servers to join
our team As a Smash Park Server you will: --- Smile and greet
guests --- Make rounds through the venue to check on guests to
ensure their needs are met --- Upsell to increase sales --- Take
guests' drink orders, deliver drinks and serve large sections
quickly and efficiently --- Keep the venue clean and ready to host
new parties as they arrive; bussing and wiping tables --- Answer
questions that guests have regarding Pickleball, the menu, the
venue, etc. Here's what we're looking for: --- Someone who thrives
when working with an awesome team of people all focused on the same
goals --- A clear and effective communicator who's comfortable
around all types of people and personalities --- Someone who has
knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer --- A participator in fun,
friendly competitions with your teammates --- Someone who has a
flexible schedule, weekend availability, reliable transportation,
cell phone and can be counted on to work your shifts
