Job Description:

Our client, a leader in the market, is looking to hire a fraud specialist! This person will join a dynamic customer service team with a large banking client. The hours for this position will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.On a daily basis, fraud specialists will field inbound calls from customers calling in to dispute charges on their credit cards. They will speak with the customer about their concerns, research each situation and follow standard protocol to resolve disputes. Follow up calls will be required, when necessary and representatives will document notes in the system following each call. To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 2 years of customer service experience in either a face to face customer service environment, a call center environment, or a mix of both. A high school diploma is also required, while higher education is preferred, such as an AA or BA. Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities and prior ability working with Microsoft Office is required. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
