Summary: The Senior
Financial Analyst serves MercyOne’s vision and mission by
overseeing and developing an environment of effective decision
making, forecasting and sound business planning, relating to
decision support, service line analysis, dashboard reporting,
financial analysis, productivity processing, long-range financial
planning, operating and capital budgeting. Works closely with
all levels of management in order to develop and package services
catered to meet the specific needs of customers. Provides
timely delivery of quality financial products and services to
customers. Effectively develops, executes and oversees the
processes and systems that deliver financial services. Keeps
management informed of progress and key steps. Creates a
forward-focused guiding vision and environment of “no surprises”
and exceptional customer service.
