As the company's second line of defense, Corporate Risk or Independent Risk Management provides independent oversight of risk-taking activities. Independent Risk Management establishes and maintains Wells Fargo's risk management program and provides oversight, including challenges to and independent assessment of, the frontline's execution of its risk management responsibilities. We manage risk according to the Risk Management Framework and ensure all employees understand their individual accountability for managing risk.

Role and responsibilities include but not limited to

Perform complex data reconciliation and research on the account level and customer level using system of record Support project intake, planning, production business requirement, and internal project collaboration and tracking Support production implementation and user impact analysis and coordination Support use case tracking at provisioning points

Required Qualifications

2+ years analytics experience demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research, mathematics, or engineering

Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Ability to present to decision makers in a professional and confident manner Ability to present to multiple levels of management Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
