Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects with low to moderate risk and complexity, impacting small number of users and/or departments. Uses technical experience such as Desktop, Networking and other technical applications and knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools to ensure all projects adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: gathers project requirements and develops documentation, tracks and reports project and budget status; ensures completion of assigned actions; identifies project/production issues and identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays; updates websites to host project documents, reports, and related information; serves as point of contact for project information and updates.: 2+ years of experience in technology-related project support.

This position will support the Enterprise Lifecycle Optimization and Governance team reviewing WANDA Service Requests (SR's) for new hire hardware, re-image requests, and new peripherals. The primary responsibility is to ensure the user receives the right equipment to do their job, not always necessarily what they are asking for. There are hardware standards that we adhere to, but review exceptions for possible approval.

This can be a fast paced environment based on the volume and complexity of each request while we try to maintain our SLA's for SR's processed. Attention to detail is critical to avoid delays in delivering hardware as well as avoiding extra work by our partners downstream in the workflow process.

WANDA is our primary workflow tool and we use LAN Central to aid in our decision making process. We work closely with other MAC groups, Line of Business managers, Field Technology Services, and other EUC support teams on a regular basis.Required Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: technical support, technical implementation or technical project management


    Desired Qualifications


    • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • 1+ year of model governance experience
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
    • Exposure to Wells Fargo WANDA (Wells Automated Network Database Applications)
    • Tableau experience
