It all begins with you.Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo------s more than 70 million global customers.There is an exciting Operational Risk Consultant opportunity in Enterprise Information Security (EIS) on the Third Party Onsite Review team which is part of Third Party Information Security Risk Management. -- The Third Party Onsite Review team provides information security risk assessment services that identify, evaluate and document information security risks associated with the use of third party service providers that provide products and services to or on behalf of Wells Fargo. -- In addition, the Third Party Onsite Review team conducts risk assessments on select Information Processing Facilities (IPF) used by Wells Fago. -- The risk assessments are designed to identify, evaluate and document information security risks that could impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Wells Fargo assets and/or damage its reputation. -- The Operational Risk Consultant will liaison with line of business stakeholders, third party information security subject matter experts, and Wells Fargo information security risk business partners.**50% travel is required of this role**The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security (IS), excellent communication skills and an aptitude to proactively manage tasks and relationships. -- The candidate will establish relationships and demonstrate partnerships with a number of stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.Primary responsibilities include:------ Complete third party information security reviews; remotely and on-site.------ Self-manage queue of third party information security reviews.------ Deliver timely review results within defined Service Level Agreements and Objectives.------ Follow up with business stakeholders, third party information security subject matter experts, and Wells Fargo information security risk business partners to ensure all outstanding requests are received.------ Develop and sustain meaningful relationships through building trust and rapport with internal Wells Fargo stakeholders.------ Participate in the development and execution of Wells Fargo internal projects contributing to improve the performance of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
• 3+ years of Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experience
• 5+ years of information security risk management experience

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experience
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

    • Experience completing third party information security risk assessments; remotely or on-site.
