Our client in Ames is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Ames, IA Pay Range: $22.00/hour Hours: 3:15pm-1:45am Monday-Thursday What's the Job? Responsible for producing quality products per the build signal. Gather materials and set up straightforward equipment. Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and specifications. Record and maintain quality or traceability information. Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment. What's Needed? High school diploma/GED or equivalent required. 1 years of production and manufacturing experience required. Tenure with previous employers required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Ability to learn machine operations and perform data entry tasks. What's in it for me? Weekly pay.
