Job Description:

Job Title - Team Leader Location – Ankeny, IA Duration - 2 years Shift - 3rd shift (Sunday night -Thursday night/Friday morning) - Typically 10:30-7:00. OT is available. Your Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor individual and departmental production and employee performance on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency and take corrective action including discipline as needed • Establish the employee environment regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance • Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction, and the tools necessary to successfully execute their jobs • Drive department-level support of factory goals regarding 5S implementation, Continuous Improvement, Client planning, and operating budgets Skills: • Demonstrated experience making sound decisions and being proactive in high-pressure or time-sensitive environments • Ability to conduct crucial conversations, including ability to enforce company policies, practices, procedures, and work rules • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional performance and teamwork in situations without authority
