Schedule Planner BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Schedule Planner r for an opportunity in Waterloo, IA 50701. Position Title: Schedule Planner Location: Waterloo, IA 50701 Anticipated Start Date: 7/21/2025 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Shift: 1st shift position: Hours: 6 AM to 2:30 PM with possible overtime. Note: Overtime may include extended weekday hours or weekend work. Candidates must be willing to work off-shift hours if needed. Pay Range: $23- $25/Hr. on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Education: 4-year degree in any business-related field. Experience: * Manufacturing experience is a plus. * Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel). * Open to recent graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of work history post-graduation. * No gaps in employment history. * Work Location: This position will spend 50% of the time working on the shop floor. Interview Process: * Interviews will be conducted onsite. * Business casual dress code. * Candidates will need metatarsal protection for the first day.
