The team member selected for this role will lead a group of
Business Initiatives Consultants, BSCs, and TRM team members in
partnership with Home Lending Servicing Change Delivery and Black
Knight Financial to define and execute the governance model. A
significant component of this role is working in partnership with
the Servicing Change Delivery (SCD) Strategic Vendor Relationship
Leader who is responsible for managing and optimizing Wells Fargo's
strategic relationship with Black Knight on behalf of Home Lending
Servicing. As the governance model and strategy with Black Knight
grows this role may evolve to include other strategic 3rd Party
platforms that interface with Black Knight systems on behalf of

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by
leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you
* Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where
your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work
that energizes them.
* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and
hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and
feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and
managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
business operations, implementation, or strategic planning
* 4+ years of management experience
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical
* Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and
* Knowledge and understanding of home lending or consumer
* Knowledge and understanding of mortgage servicing: underwriting,
loan origination, or default
* Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB
stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service
providers, and architecture teams
* Ability to manage vendor relationships for products or services
including: contract negotiation, oversight, and SLA management
* Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life
* Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and
Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
Other Desired Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience with a broad range of software
development and associated technologies.
* Demonstrated leadership and business experience. This includes
working with business, development and other partners to create,
execute and implement application strategies.
* Demonstrated experience working with third party vendor
applications. This includes the experience working through issues
and strategies with vendors.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
* Ability to work additional hours as needed
* Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000
IA-Des Moines: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000
