teams deliver? We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, emerging AI
capabilities, and modern software delivery. In this role, you will
play a key part in redefining how requirements are gathered,
structured, and delivered in an AI-driven development environment.
You will work closely with business analysts, technology leaders,
and delivery teams to evaluate current processes and introduce
smarter, AI-supported ways of working that improve speed, quality,
and consistency across the software development lifecycle. What You
Will Do Evaluate current business analysis practices, documentation
approaches, and workflow processes to identify gaps and
opportunities for improvement Partner with stakeholders to define
AI-enabled solutions that streamline requirement gathering and
enhance delivery outcomes Translate complex business needs into
clear, structured requirements including user stories, acceptance
criteria, personas, and system dependencies Ensure requirements are
aligned with system capabilities and are ready for efficient
implementation by engineering teams Identify cross-system impacts,
technical constraints, and integration considerations early in the
process Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint
planning, demos, and pilot validations Collect and analyze feedback
from AI-driven proof of concepts, using insights to continuously
improve processes and adoption Track progress across multiple
initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and
stakeholder communication Create and maintain project artifacts
such as timelines, status updates, and progress reports to keep
initiatives aligned with business priorities What You Bring 5 years
of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis
within technology-focused environments Strong ability to gather,
document, and communicate requirements in a clear and structured
way Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional
stakeholders Familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT,
Copilot, or similar, along with a solid understanding of AI
concepts like large language models and prompt design Strong
analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management
skills Nice to Have Experience introducing AI or automation
solutions in enterprise environments Exposure to cloud-based AI
platforms such as AWS AI services Familiarity with tools like Jira,
Confluence, and GitHub Experience supporting PMO activities or
coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously Background in
financial services or insurance environments What Success Looks

reduce rework and accelerate delivery Clear visibility and
