As our Sr. Business Data Analyst you will design, deliver, and
maintain high quality business solutions and data for the Marketing
and Agency Analytics department. Communication is key in this role,
as you will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical
teams, translating complex data into clear insights, facilitating
productive discussions, and ensuring alignment across departments.
What It Takes to Join Our Team: Build and optimize processes to
effectively meet analytic and reporting needs, often from multiple
disparate data sources Successfully manage one or more request
queues for assigned areas, working with the Business and IT
stakeholders to ensure that priorities are maintained in accordance
with business value. Act as a business liaison between the
technical areas, both internal and external, and the business areas
in the analysis, design, configurations, testing of data systems,
analytics and reporting. Collaborate with a variety of business
partners and IT, facilitating and leading meetings College degree
or equivalent plus five years relevant experience. Manage a variety
of projects and tasks simultaneously and deliver solutions on time
and within requirements. Experience in business analyst frameworks,
processes and tools preferred (Excel PowerPivot, SQL, Python, R,
