We're proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive.What You'll Do: As a Sr Commercial Instructional Designer/Developer you will analyze, design, develop and facilitate sales training, product training and systems training programs to meet training needs for agents and commercial personnel in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah. Other responsibilities include:

--- Coordinate all phases of the Commercial Business Unit curriculum development.

--- Work with commercial personnel to identify specific areas where training is needed and analyze, design and develop training programs.

--- Create, implement and manage the instructional design process for new and existing instructor-led, online and mobile-delivered underwriting training programs.

--- Organize the integration of new content into the courses offered by planning short and long-term goals and implementation schedules and learning jectives for the introduction of new content or programs.

--- Work with subject matter experts across the companies to design and develop online and instructor-led learning solutions.

--- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and shared sites related to commercial training and design.

--- Determine the effectiveness of the training programs to include accurate content, delivery method and cost.

--- Monitor the success of commercial training by reviewing and analyzing audits with the Compliance team. What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree (Business or Marketing degree or Instructional Design, Adult Learning or Web-based learning preferred) plus five years relevant experience required.
• Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred.
• Must have or attain working knowledge and/or skills to develop Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, Flash and Adobe Creative tool sets.
• Must be creative and have the ability to design and develop curriculum using specialized learning technologies and advanced instructional design expertise for adult learning.
