Analytics Consultant to serve as Product Owner for WIM Credit Risk
Database Agile Team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of
business at .The Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Credit Risk
Team is responsible for risk reporting and regulatory submissions
for the WIM commercial and consumer loan portfolios. Our mission is
to build analytical capabilities for WIM Credit Risk. Our data and
reporting products must meet the highest quality standards
possible. In this role, you will:
- Serve as Product Owner for WIM Credit Risk database Agile
team.
- Review and analyze business needs and lead feature refinement
and prioritization to deliver systemic solutions for business
process work. Inclusive of writing stories.
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum
masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and
achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with agile teams on a daily basis to ensure user
story details are clearly understood and the teams prioritize
sprint plans align to the overall program objectives.
- Create acceptance criteria and validate features for scheduled
releases.
- Accept user stories as completed by the agile teams which
includes validating the functionality within the platform meets the
defined acceptance criteria.
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced
staff.Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, educationDesired
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of agile Product Owner experience in Scrum or Kanban
directly leading a team to deliver software products.
- Strong expertise in understanding the various aspects of
product management, building and delivering capabilities adhering
to strategic (data & architectural) principles.
- Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and achieve
results.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
and outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with development teams in a scrum and agile
environment.
- Demonstrated product roadmap development and evolution
competencies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle management and
tooling (JIRA).
- Proficient in SQL skills with experience in SQL Server,
Teradata and Oracle databases.Job Expectations:
