Apply analytical ability to understand the root cause of the problem and document the issues for follow-up. Learn the call center software and customer service methodology as you grow in your role.--Our Tech Support Representatives are responsible for the following tasks: Support customers with technical solutions Record service process with technical applications Improve customer satisfaction efficiently Escalate customer dissatisfaction if unsolvable Strive to resolve issues on initial contactIn addition to becoming the best-in-the-business, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated.
