The HR Technology Enablement team is hiring three new and exciting management positions reporting to the Head of HR Technology Enablement (TE). These leader positions include 1. Employee Services 2. Learning and Talent and 3. Operation Excellence (OpEX) and Automation. These positions will be responsible for driving transformation, operational excellence and delivery for the HR Technology Enablement organization. They will be implementing key Next HR components including agile/product owner model and Service Now. Each group will partner with the Enterprise Agile Transformation Services, HR Portfolio Delivery, HR Technology Enablement leaders and IT to plan and implement agile approaches to deliver new capabilities. Key focus areas for each leader include Employee Services Leader * Lead the front end HR interface and how it integrates into the user experience * Lead a team of product owners and scrum teams * Business leader responsible for operating model, planning, ambiguity * UX/UI Leadership * Presentation leader technology, Service Now Learning and Talent Leader * Lead specialized Learning and Talent technology tools * Manage product owners and scrum teams * Partner with Learning and Talent business leaders on specific tool needs * Collaborate with technology for support and implementation of the tools OpEX and Automation Leader * Operational Excellence Develop strong documentation, including operating models, processes, playbooks, and both training and cross- training plans. * Identify opportunities to design & implement robotic process automation (RPA) to increase efficiencies and controls as well as deliver cost savings. * Partner with Technology to track system metrics against SLAs and escalate issues; including establishment and definition of HR TE SLAs, metrics, and reporting. * Regulatory review and administration As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will * Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. * Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
