**About this role** :Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (Loudspeaker Consultant) Line of Business Consultants. The Loudspeaker Consultants will work on Loudspeaker ideas and feedback that are owned by the Human Resources Team.The Loudspeaker Program's purpose is to accelerate positive changes to the customer and employee experience based on employee feedback and ideas. The Loudspeaker program will build engagement across all of Wells Fargo by timely, proactive responses to employee feedback, executive attention to feedback, and recognition.\#HumanResourcesJobs**In this role, you will:**+ Daily interaction directly with employees to acknowledge feedback received+ Collaborate and coordinate with HR leadership and support staff on suggestions received and communicate decisions back to employee+ Develop awareness and understanding of HR submissions, identify trends and conduct analysis to be shared back to the line of business leaders through insightful reporting and data analysis.+ Consulting with HR leaders and subject matter experts to address employee feedback to provide decision responses+ Communicate team initiatives through presentations and other methods+ On-going relationship building & regular communication with employees, leadership, and business partners+ Ensure service level agreements are achieved+ Interact with other line of business Loudspeaker Relationship Consultants, managers, and the Enterprise Loudspeaker team to create best practices and improved workflows+ Collaborate and coordinate closely with senior leaders across HR, including the HR Chief Administrative Office and the HR Centers of Excellence that design HR policies, programs, and benefits+ The Consultants will also work closely with the Enterprise Loudspeaker Intake Consultants on the Customer Excellence team to report status, metrics, and trends of employee feedback.**Required Qualifications**+ 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education**Desired Qualifications**+ 2+ years of HR experience in the financial industry+ Process design or improvement experience+ Experience in consulting and building relationship in and outside of immediate department+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels+ Project Management experience and organizational skills on initiatives with multiple work streams with exceptional attention to details+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills+ Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills+ Experience analyzing data, creating insightful reporting, and identifying and resolving problems+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills+ Solid critical thinking skills+ Experience connecting the dots across process, people, data, and technology+ Experience with consulting with senior leaders**Locations:** Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ**Job Expectations:**+ Team currently sits in hybrid model (at least 3 days in office, 2 days remote)**We Value Diversity**At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
