**About this role:**Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead
Business Execution Consultant who will report to the Head of Human
Capital Initiatives within the broader HR Chief Administrative
Office. This role will primarily provide business input on a
variety of HR products and services that are cross-functional in
nature. In this capacity, the individual will have responsibilities
similar to a service owner, which include providing oversight,
input, and direction for these products and services, working
closely with a variety of stakeholders to understand and anticipate
the interdependencies. They will work with stakeholders to
understand requirements and combine them into a prioritized
pipeline.The scope of products and services will evolve over time.
Current examples include providing input for the CORE HR product,
consulting on approval requirements for HR-related transactions,
and providing business input on reporting dashboards. This
individual will develop and leverage a network of contacts to
gather end-user perspective, within and outside of HR.In addition,
this role may be involved with enterprise-wide and/or HR-wide human
capital initiatives in which they would partner with varied
enterprise partners (Finance, COO, Corporate Properties, and lines
of business) and across HR (COEs, Shared Service, and HR Business
Partners) to develop strategic approach to and execution of a
changing portfolio of cross-enterprise initiatives. For additional

Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and
initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or
presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.+ Lead the
strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills,
extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of
business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions.+
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for
implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are
large scale and cross organizational.+ Lead team meetings or
steering committee to facilitate decision making and support
implementation of recommendations and plans.+ Strategically engage
with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines
of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the
leadership.+ Provide direction to a cross functional team using
business expertise.**Required Qualifications:**+ 7+ years of
Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
education**Desired Qualifications:**+ Strong business acumen with a
demonstrated ability to drive business priorities and effectively
manage risk.+ Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-LOB
initiatives.+ Experience partnering with Agile Scrum Product teams
to drive change.+ Excellent communication skills with demonstrated
success working with executive leaders on complex programs,
initiatives, and problem resolution; ability to communicate and
engage successfully with employees at all levels of a corporation.+
Proven ability to successfully develop and refine programmatic
strategies and drive positive outcomes across a large, complex
corporation.+ Demonstrated passion for diversity, equity, and
