Type: Travel UnityPoint - Blank Children's Hospital - Pediatrics B4
- Hem/Onc Shift Notes: Nights; 7p-7a, 36 hrs/week, No Call -
Weekends: every 3rd weekend including holiday rotation. May float
to ED for inpatient holds Weekend Requirements: every 3rd weekend
including holiday rotation Submission Requirements Quickly
interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area
code Orientation Dates: 3/16, 3/30 - Pediatric experience within
previous 18 months [required] - Hematology / Oncology experience
[required] - must be willing to float to ED to care for Inpatient
holds - EPIC electronic medical systems experience within previous
12 months [required] - No 1st time travelers, must have at
completed '1' travel contract within previous 18 months - APHON /
Association of Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Nurses [document]
[required] - BLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) - IA license/ compact license
