Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns. Help patients find options to resolve their balances. Maintain work queues and reports. Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities. Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package. Education High School Diploma, GED or HiSET Days: Monday - Friday. Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Experience Excellent verbal, written communication skills Proficient typing skills Customer service experience and working with the public required.
