Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical
Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Medical Surgical and
Telemetry required License: Active Iowa license or
compact/multistate license required Certifications: BLS from AHA
required Must-Have: - Work history/resume must include 24 months of
current medical surgical experience. - Skills checklist specific to
medical surgical nursing required. - Professional reference from a
charge nurse, supervisor, or manager within the last 24 months
preferred. - Driver’s license required. Description: Looking for an
experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal
candidate will have experience with patient types including
hip/knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal surgeries.
Patient ratios are typically 1:4-5. The unit has a bed size of 30.
Scrubs required are navy. The selected traveler will be required to
float across various campuses as needed. Candidates must exhibit
strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in
