OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr

Unit Info: Bed Size: 25 bed Patient Types: neurosurgery,
craniectomy, ortho RN Ratios: 1:5 - 6 Drips: Heparin, PCA's, 3% Na,
no titration Scrubs: Navy Blue Specialty Equipment: telemetry, left
equipment, chest tubes, airvo Traveler will be required to float
