working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Des Moines, Iowa, 50309! Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24
months of Medical Surgical experience in a hospital or medical
center setting. Experience in neuro/neurology care and
ortho/orthopedic care is required. Trauma care experience is highly
preferred. License: Active Iowa license or compact multistate
license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required. NIHSS
preferred. Must-Have: - 24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry
nursing experience. - Experience with drips including Heparin, PCA,
and 3% Sodium/Na. - Proficient in telemetry and EKG/strip reading.
- Skills checklist must be specific to Medical Surgical/Telemetry
discipline. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg/Telemetry specialty. This role involves
caring for patients with neurosurgery, craniectomy, and orthopedic
needs. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 to 1:6. Candidates must be
proficient in the management of drips, including Heparin and PCA.
Experience using telemetry and reading EKG strips is essential. The
Registered Nurse will float across various campuses as required.
Navy blue scrubs are required for this position. Candidates must
have a strong background in neuro and ortho care. Additionally,
familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records is necessary. The
role includes every third weekend and holiday rotation. This is an
