50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate NBO: 16 hrs EMR : EPIC
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr
CB minimum On Call: $9/hr Charge/Precept : $6/hr Billable OT: 36-40
hrs/week, OT billable after 40 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Traveler will be required to float across to Iowa Lutheran when
needed
