Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Days 7am - 7pm, 4x12 hours, 48 hours/week May float to all campuses to MB/PP/L&D 1.5 years current L&D in hospital setting BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM May float to MB/PP No 1st time travellers, must have completed one travel contract in previous 12 months Patient Types: High Risk ob, antepartum, c-sections, vaginal deliveries IA / compact licesne BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP Covid card Travelers required to float to across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist Winter holidays - Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years or Thanksgiving) Limit of 1 Day request off between 11/26/25 - 11/30/25 - 12/23/25 - 1/2/26 for all trvaelers regardless of holidays worked Referral Bonus About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
