have 45 with about 10-12 skilled residents. Shift/Schedule: Typical
M-F Length of Assignment: 4-6-weeks to start with potential to
extend Priorities: - Hold things steady, no big changes - Keep
things going in the right direction clinically - The ADON
essentially manages the skilled and long term care unit which is a
max of 56 residents. Attributes: - Fun group The team is easy to
work with - Good communication and able to lead the team - Be
knowledgeable on Iowa regulations
