residents. Shift/Schedule: Typical M-F Length of Assignment: 4-
6-weeks to start with potential to extend Priorities: Hold things
steady, no big changes Keep things going in the right direction
clinically The ADON essentially manages the skilled and long term
care unit which is a max of 56 residents. Attributes: Fun group The
team is easy to work with Good communication and able to lead the
team Be knowledgeable on Iowa regulations
