Your Role as RN Unit Manager:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain nursing objectives and standards of care
- Act as a clinical and managerial resource, fostering positive changes and improvements in care delivery
- Conduct daily rounds, addressing resident care needs and clinical responsibilities when necessary
- Ensure accurate, high-quality documentation and monitor compliance with nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians
What You'll Bring:
- Licensure: Current RN license in Iowa
- Certification: CPR certification required
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing
