Job Description:
We are a growing provider supporting 600+ long-term care
facilities across the Midwest, with immediate openings for a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing or interested in
geriatric psychiatry.
Location: West Branch, MI, Part-time (3 days/week), daytime hours,
no weekends or on-call
Qualifications include an accredited PA/NP degree, valid license,
DEA# in the state, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating
primarily geriatric patients in rehab, assisted living, and nursing
facilities, prescribing medications, and collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams
Ideal candidates have 1+ years of geriatric mental health
experience and knowledge of Medicare standards

Pay starts at $56/hour; full-time with a focus on geriatrics and
psychiatry
