Seeking a Registered Nurse-Medical-Surgical for a travel assignment in West Des Moines Iowa, providing medical-surgical care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse-Medical-Surgical for a travel assignment in West Des Moines Iowa. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical nursing and be able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for providing medical-surgical care to patients, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

• Provide medical-surgical care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  
• Assess patients and develop and implement care plans
  
• Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  
• Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care
  
  
  The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing and be able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for providing medical-surgical care to patients, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  
  Key Qualifications:
  
  
  
• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
  
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
