This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, finance, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. Our operating foundation is based on our ability to operate efficiently, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure Learning & Development develops industry-leading expertise in specific business-critical capabilities by partnering with learners and leaders to provide learning experiences that drive performance and mitigate risk. This LDM role resides in the Sales College which oversees all common sales content across Wells Fargo and consults with L & D partners, leaders, and stakeholders to deliver sales training across the enterprise. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead team to deliver learner experience for Treasury, Merchant and Payment Solutions Partners with L & D partners, leaders, and stakeholders to develop and deliver curriculum or supplemental materials such as case studies or coaching guides Consults with learners and managers on application of training Manages changes to curriculum with Instructional Design Lead with a One Wells Fargo enterprise view, collaborating and partnering with others across lines of business. Develop relationships and partnerships to facilitate collaboration with HR, COEs, Enterprise partners, LOB partners and subject matter experts. Manage risk including compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies. Demonstrate personal agility, flexibility, and willingness to change ideas or perceptions based on new information or contrary evidence to identify best practices and drive innovation. As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications 6+ years of learning and development experience, human resources experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience identifying tasks required of a learner and prioritizing those tasks for training design and development Experience analyzing learning assessment results to determine best course of action Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Knowledge and understanding of adult learning or education: facilitation and instructional design Knowledge and understanding of ADDIE model for instructional design Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment Experience consulting with internal clients and business Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Job Expectations Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
