Enterprise Information Security s (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer. Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity in Enterprise Access Management Products and Services team for an Info Security Analyst 4. The Info Security Analyst 4 will join the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Service Liaison team to support and guide application teams and partners in Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) in planning, qualifying and scheduling of sun rising applications that must migrate to EAM standard tools and processes. Interfaces with a variety of technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include: Participates in the evaluation, development, and implementation of security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments Participates in the evaluation, development, testing and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards and techniques Provides security consulting and project management services on complex issues related to data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity Assists customers in identifying security risks to their applications and implementing appropriate data security procedures and products Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security May participate in security investigations May provide guidance to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications5+ years of information security administration experience Desired QualificationsAdvanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policiesAbility to manage complex issues and develop solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Other Desired Qualifications 2+ years of in depth understanding and experience of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience with IAM tools a plus Knowledge and experience with Access Management provisioning, deprovisioning and certification systems and processes Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Understanding of application security models and associated access management options Understanding of Wells Fargo software development lifecycle Experience with processes to schedule and onboard applications to access management tools Knowledge of external models like authentication and certification Understanding of provisioning processes Experience with Oracle s IES / OIG technology or similar enterprise level IAM tools Experience as a central point of contact for a for an organization Working knowledge of security issues, risks, policies and processes Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer, line of business and enterprise needs Experience working with internal/external audit (SOX, GLBA) Ability to initiate action, manage change, make high impact decisions, manage risk, navigate change and accept challenging assignments Proven experience in executing improvements to serviceDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
